Hispanic Scholarship Fund  Scholarship available for graduating high school seniors and students in all levels of college.  Open to all students enrolling for the first time at a college or university as a full-time student.  Candidates must have a GPA of 3.3 to 4.0 and demonstrate leadership skills and financial need.
